IYHA Junior Fuel

Matt Smith was a beloved hockey coach here in Indy who lost his life much too soon in August of 2015, but not before he had greatly touched the lives of the youth hockey and adult hockey communities here in the greater Indianapolis area. The Indianapolis Youth Hockey Association (IYHA) and the family of Matt Smith have established a scholarship program in Matt's honor to make youth hockey more accessible to participants who demonstrate a financial need.
 

The Matt Smith Memorial Hockey Scholarship (MSMS) is funded by private donations and fundraising throughout each season. IYHA encourages all families who feel they need assistance with hockey fees to apply. Please click "Continue" to begin the application process.
